FANTASTIC HOTEL

We were only in Seville for one night, and do glad we chose Casa del Poeta. What a beautiful hotel and wonderful service! We were treated royally and only wish we could have stayed longer. We had breakfast there as well – delicious. Especially the chocolate croissants. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a return.  Do take note that your cab driver to the hotel may not know where it is. Call the hotel and they will help you out.

We stayed here 3 nights. It was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better – about 5 minutes’ walk from all the main sites – yet it was peaceful. The staff were helpful and attentive. One charming lady (Trinidad) recommended that we visit a palace that had only recently opened and which therefore didn’t feature in the guidebooks (Palacio las Duenas – better than Casa Pilatos which we visited afterwards). The room was comfortable, the bed good, and everything worked. Breakfast was excellent. Thoroughly recommended!

This is real “boutique hotel” experience – your hidden home in centre Seville (if you go by car, forget it for 3 days, handle the keys to Pablo or to Mr Ramacciotti, or anyone else who will most probably wait for you at Plaza Santa Cruz, 2 mins walking distance through tiny accesses of this Palace) – all rooms are personalized and decorated with fine antiques – enjoy the various atmosferes created by the owners and managers of this “very chic pied-à-terre” – really worth the very honest rates – top price-quality ratio – excellent breakfast with different products every day and homemade Tortillas or Quiches, etc – very comfortable bathrooms & tubs – high ceilings rooms – do not miss it !

Thank you to Felipe and all the staff for a wonderful stay in your fantastic Hotel. The building is historic, evoking the ambiance of times passed, but with 21st Century amenities! Really enjoyed our room, a Junior Suite, large but comfortable and welcoming. Great shower, and very peaceful.
Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff perfect. Enjoyed the Guitar concert that was available each night free of charge, and typified the attention guests were given. Could not see how location could be bettered, two minutes away from the sights of Seville but a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Looking forward to returning soon.

The hotel is just beautiful and we were greeted with a glass of wine when we arrived. Jessica checked us in, arranged for guides and made restaurant reservations for us. Even in the rain, the hotel had a wonderful romantic feeling. Breakfast was fabulous and every evening there was a guitar player who would entertain the guests before we left for dinner. There are beautiful sites to see in Seville and great places to eat. We spent three nights and loved every minute at Casa Poeta.
